Coralogix is committed to investing in and enhancing solutions to tackle contemporary business challenges. A prime instance of these challenges is the realm of observability, where the complexity and volume of data are constantly on the rise. Observability solutions are crucial for digital transformation and operational success, enabling organizations to consolidate vast amounts of data, analyze it efficiently, and take necessary steps to ensure peak performance and uptime.

That's why Coralogix provides an enterprise-grade white label version of its observability solution. IBM Cloud is using this new option to deliver an advanced log monitoring and analysis platform called IBM Cloud Logs to its customers. With IBM Cloud Logs, users can now access detailed insights into extensive data sets without the cost limitations associated with conventional logging solutions. Traditional logging solutions often demand indexing and hot storage even for basic observability, but this is not the case with IBM Cloud Logs.

Jason McGee, IBM Fellow and CTO of IBM Cloud, pointed out that the increasing data volumes have made indexing logs and storing them in hot storage very costly. Consequently, many companies have chosen to sample a portion of their data and retain it for only one or two weeks to save on expenses. However, these strategies may compromise observability by providing incomplete data for troubleshooting and trend analysis. To address this issue, IBM is introducing a new solution called IBM Cloud Logs, built on Coralogix, to offer customers improved visibility and comprehensive insights.

Ariel Assaraf, CEO and co-founder of Coralogix, stated that IBM's choice to build their log monitoring platform on Coralogix reflects the value they see in our fundamental observability features and cost-saving capabilities. With our technology, IBM customers can analyze data in real-time without the need to index it. Moreover, our platform is optimized to minimize the use of costly hot storage by sending logs directly to IBM Cloud Object Storage. Our advanced architecture enables swift querying and dashboard creation, even with archived logs.

The IBM Cloud Logs solution will become available to IBM customers in Frankfurt and Madrid on June 24, 2024, with immediate support for EU-Managed controls. The solution will then gradually expand its cloud multizone region (MZR) deployment throughout Q3 2024.

Coralogix for non-IBM customers

Coralogix is a contemporary observability platform suitable for any organization. Its distinctive architecture enables real-time analytics without the need for indexing or hot storage. We excel in thorough monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events, leading to improved operational efficiency and a potential 70% reduction in total cost of ownership. Coralogix sets itself apart with a straightforward pricing structure based solely on data volume ingested and stored. Our platform encompasses a wide array of observability capabilities, including APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, supported by numerous integrations and easy-to-implement extensions to deliver immediate value.
